1. Renewal period – the renewal period will end Sunday 1st November 2009 at which point seats not renewed will be released for sale.

2. Allocation of available seats – 2009 Members who request a change or upgrade by 1st November 2009 will be allocated seating on a fi­rst in fi­rst served basis once all renewals have been completed. After all existing member requests have been completed new members will be allocated remaining seats on a ­first in fi­rst served basis. This allocation process may not be completed until the end of November 2009.

3. Requesting specifi­c seats – Members can request specifi­c seats with their application, every attempt will be made to ful­fil such requests however we cannot guarantee your request will be available.

4. Request to be contacted – when changing, upgrading or applying for a new membership you can request that the Sea Eagles contact you to discuss your seating requirements. The Sea Eagles will attempt to make contact through a mobile number before attempting other numbers. If we receive a voice mail or another service where we can leave a call back number this will constitute our attempt to contact you, in which case we require that you return our call within 1 working day. If our call is unreturned we will allocate seats based on the information we have been provided.

5. Exclusive Members 2010 Player And Cheerleader Calendar – this calendar will only be available to members who place their order ONLINE by 31st December 2009. This calendar will not be available to non members and will not be for sale.

6. Undercover seating – Generally speaking seats in Row D upwards in the Jane Try Stand, Ken Arthurson Grandstand and the Fulton - Menzies Stand are undercover, however this is dependant on the direction and strength of the weather. The Sea Eagles make no guarantee that seats will be protected from the weather.

7. Valid Games –

Gold Memberships - your 14 match membership allows access to all 10 regular season home matches at Brookvale Oval, 2 home games at Bluetongue Stadium, the trial at Brookvale vs the Sharks and the Return to Redfern trial match against the Rabbitohs on the 14th February.

Silver Plus, Silver and Bronze Memberships - your 12 match membership allows access to all 10 regular season home matches at Brookvale Oval and 2 at Bluetongue Stadium.

Bird of Prey and Flexi-Pass Memberships – you may use your membership pass at any Sea Eagles regular season home match at Brookvale Oval or Bluetongue Stadium up until the maximum number of games have been used.

Maroon and Sea Eagle Kids Membership – your membership pass is only valid at the first home game at Brookvale Oval in season 2010.

8. Concession details and requirements – Those eligible for concession prices are aged & TPI pensioners, school students 5 - 17 years and over, full-time tertiary students. A concession card entitles the holder to purchase one membership per card.

9. Family Membership - A family membership consists of 2 Adults + 2 Juniors (aged 4 - 16 years inclusive) or 1 Adult + 3 Juniors. Adults and non junior concessions do not qualify as juniors in a family membership

10. Transference of Memberships - Match entry passes maybe transferred to other persons as long as the person using the pass is eligible for the pricing category e.g. Only those eligible for the specific concession rate may use a concession pass. Any person can use an Adult ticket regardless of age. Other benefits of Membership (such as away event allocation or access to member’s only events or features) are not transferable.

11. Kids Membership Benefits – Those members at or under the age of 14 years at 1st January 2010 will receive Junior Membership Benefits.

12. Additional Membership Benefits – Members can purchase additional membership Benefits via the Sea Eagles Website. These Benefits are only available to 2010 Members during the current membership purchasing period.

13. Membership Benefits collection – There will be selected events where members will be able to collect their membership cards and benefits. The dates and times are subject to change. Full details of membership benefi­t collection will be displayed on the Sea Eagles website http://www.manlyleagues.com.au/membership. There is no additional charge for membership benefi­t collection.

14. Delivery of Membership cards and benefits – We are asking members to collect their benefits at speci­fic collection dates (as detailed above) however you can request that your membership package be posted to you. Postage of your membership attracts an additional charge of $9 per package which must be included when you order your membership (family memberships - only one charge).

15. Away match function – The Bird of Prey membership includes entry into an away match function to the value of $35. If the function cost exceeds $35 you will be required to pay the difference. At the time of printing we are unable to con­firm away match functions for 2010. Away match functions are dependant on match scheduling, venue availability and a minimum number of attendees.

16. Priority pre-purchase periods – The ARL and NRL releases tickets to ticketed members of NRL clubs for a variety events including NSW State of Origin Matches, Internationals, Home Qualifying Final, Finals Series and Grand Final Matches, prior to them going on sale to the general public. These offers may have special terms and conditions attached to them such as the method of purchase (e.g. online, at the agency or via phone) and the number of tickets available for purchase. All such terms and conditions are determined by the promoter and the Sea Eagles cannot make any guarantees on behalf of the promoter regarding these terms or the availability of the offers.

17. Discounts at away games – At the time of printing clubs plan to provide special member offers on a game by game basis rather than a set discount. These offers will usually involve tickets in the away supporter areas. Each NRL club has their own set of terms and conditions related to this discount may include a variation in discount, limited seating availability and restricted seating locations. The Sea Eagles cannot make any guarantees on the availability of this discount.

18. 10% Discount on Merchandise – Sea Eagles Members will receive a 10% discount on full priced merchandise via the Sea Eagles Website or at the Sea Eagles head office. The website offer is only available to members who are logged into the website using their membership account prior to adding the product to the cart. Discounts cannot be applied after ordering. The 10% discount is not available on selected items, products on sale or already discounted items. Available discounts will always be displayed on screen prior to purchase.

19. Members Areas at post match functions – The Sea Eagles schedule post match celebrations at selected matches throughout the season. Special areas will be set aside for Sea Eagles Members at these events and seating will be available on a fi­rst come ­first served basis. The Sea Eagles cannot guarantee the dates and times of these events, or that there will be sufficient reserved seating for all members.

20. Members only events – Members will have exclusive access to members only events that maybe scheduled throughout the year.

21. Bus Travel to away games – Bus travel to away games includes games within the Sydney Metropolitan area. This upgrade does not include trial matches, home games, home that games played at venues other than Brookvale Oval, games played at Bluetongue or WIN stadium. Away game bus travel is subject to game schedule, availability and bus capacity.

22. Membership – The Sea Eagles reserve the right to decline any application. Membership cards remain the property of the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles Ltd and maybe cancelled at any time if misused. Replacement cards can be ordered from the Sea Eagles at a cost of $25 per card. Cards are printed in batches therefore please confirm the delivery date prior to ordering a replacement.

23. Membership Benefits - The Sea Eagles reserve the right to add, change or delete benefits from any membership category offered in the 2010 season without prior warning.

24. Membership Terms and Conditions - The Sea Eagles reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
